SocialShark does not guarantee delivery time or drop rate for any services. We provide our best estimation for when the order will be delivered; however, this is only an estimation, and SocialShark will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. All orders without a refill period are not refillable, even if they experience a 100% drop. Please order services with refill. SocialShark strives to deliver exactly what is expected by our resellers. In some cases, we reserve the right to change the service type if necessary to complete an order.

Any malicious or abusive actions can result in the suspension of your account. The balance present before suspension will not be transferable or withdrawable. Opening a new account after suspension will lead to the termination of your account, even if it has a balance.

By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes that we have delivered to your or your clients' Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.

Orders placed on SocialShark will not be refunded or canceled once they are placed. If the order is undeliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your SocialShark account.

Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure that you confirm each and every order before placing it.

By registering, you agree to receive marketing and commercial emails directly to your registered email. To opt out, you can go to the "Account" section and disable it under "Others".

Liabilities: SocialShark is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

Services: SocialShark will only be used to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.

We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the SocialShark site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or social media community.

Private accounts will not receive a refund. Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

Refunds: No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. You must use your balance on orders from SocialShark.
